Telephone service

Our helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This telephone, information and referral service is the gateway to all our services. It allows women to create a first link with the intervention team, offers information and support to different professionals and accompanies loved ones to be better allies

Accommodation 1st stage

When women victims of domestic violence are ready to leave where they are living, our shelter can accommodate four women with children and two single women, for a total of six rooms available. The lodging time varies according to each person’s needs and the steps that are to be taken.

During the reception in accommodation, each woman is paired with a counsellor responsible for accompanying her throughout her stay.

In the shelter, women and children have access to:

  • One-on-one meetings
  • Group workshops
  • Activities in the living environment
  • Interventions focused on the mother–child relationship

Support

We offer various types of support for all women who experience the impacts of domestic violence in their lives, whether it is for legal meetings, administrative or government procedures, housing searches or access to health care.

External services

Some women require outpatient support services without shelter. We offer one-on-one meetings, support groups and post-lodging follow-ups.

Prevention and awareness-raising activities

We offer training adapted to the needs of different environments; the workshops are aimed at both work teams and their customers.
